Complaints Procedure

 

Complaints regarding the school curriculum and other related matters should be made in the first instance to the class teacher.

If the issue can not be resolved then parents should contact the team leader and finally the Head Teacher.

If a complaint cannot be settled by discussion between the Head Teacher and the parent, the parent should put the complaint in writing to the Head Teacher who will then refer the complaint formally to the Board of Governors.

 

Mrs Partington is team leader for Y6, Y5, Y4 and Y3.

Mrs McCollin is team leader for Y1 and Y2.

Mrs Weston is team leader for Reception, Nursery and the 2 Year Olds.
